| Summary of research activities | ||||||
| As Research Associate for the South London Stroke Register, I am mainly involved in the collection of follow up data for all our registered patients. The register team, either a supervised fieldworker or myself, visit patients at 3 months post-stroke and at yearly intervals thereafter to complete a structured questionnaire covering all aspects of our patient's health and rehabilitation. | ||||||
